Use the email linked to your church account. Your church office can help with membership and serving permissions. For login problems, email JPSS with the error message and your app version. Please never send your password.
Notifications
Check the app’s notification preferences and your phone’s notification settings. Quiet hours, group preferences, and your current activity can affect which alerts appear.
Groups and safety
Open the menu on a post or reply to report content or block a member. Church admins and group leaders review reports in My profile → Privacy & safety. For urgent moderation help, contact your church leadership and hello@jpss.dev.
Your data and account
You can delete your account in My profile → Privacy & safety → Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what is removed. Contact us if you cannot access your account.
